JUST Checking Resources’ Professional Service Division team brings a wealth of experience and expertise in many different fields, notably in recruitment. Clients of our Professional Service Division can expect a personal, customized touch. We operate on a single-point-of-contact operation, meaning you will be working with the same Manager and Consultants each and every time you place a request or contact us. We are not a call-centre environment, and our Consultants will get to know you and your business best to become a valuable HR business partner, an extension of your HR department. Professional Service Division Manager
Lori is our Professional Service Manager, and has been with JUST Checking Resources Inc. since 2012 and managing the Professional Service Division since early 2019. She is a graduate of the Legal Administrative Studies Program at Mohawk College and worked in the area of Family Law for several years. Through a variety of other work experiences, Lori brings with her over 30 years of customer relations experience. Lori manages all requests and client satisfaction within our Professional Service Division with ease.
Senior Consultant (Bilingual – French)
Mary-Anne has been a Senior Consultant (Bilingual) with JUST Checking Resources Inc. since 2006. Mary-Anne brings many years of experience in a variety of fields, including insurance, editing and customer service. Fluently bilingual, she holds a baccalaureate in languages from College Marie de France.
Senior Consultant (Bilingual – French)
Rebecca Fernandes joined JUST Checking Resources Inc. as a Consultant (Bilingual) in 2018. Her ability to complete background screening in record time, probe for possible flags, excellent communication skills and commitment to client expectations has quickly made her an invaluable resource to the Professional Service Division and clients. Guylaine brings to JUST Checking over 20 years in bilingual (French/English) customer relations experience.
Jennifer Bonnici Elias
Starting with us in 2015, Jennifer is a Senior Consultant with JUST Checking Resources Inc., who is highly experienced in both the Background Screening and Staffing industries. Jennifer possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, an Honours Postgraduate Human Resources Diploma and has held a number of successful Senior Management positions leading teams of 10 to 20 professionals.
Fiona joined JUST Checking Resources Inc. as a Consultant in 2017 and has quickly moved up to becoming one of our lead Senior Consultants in the Professional Service Division. Fiona possesses a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology from Wilfred Laurier University, as well as a postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. She is currently a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL), and recently completed the CEBS program with Dalhousie University. Her years of human resources experience within a variety of different industries have proven valuable when servicing clients within our Professional Service Division.
Starting with us in 2019, Rachelle is one of our newest Consultants. Rachelle brings with her over 20 years of experience in the print and copy-writing industry. She has held a number of Senior/Director positions over the years, and managed the recruitment and on-going assignments of numerous contractors and employees. Rachelle hails from out West and possesses a diploma in Radio and Television Arts from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
