We are not a call-centre environment, and our Consultants will get to know you and your business best to become a valuable HR business partner, an extension of your HR department. Professional Service Division Manager
Marcus Monteiro has been the Division Manager of our Professional Service Division since 2018. Marcus brings many years of experience in a variety of fields, including hospitality, resource management and customer service. Marcus understands the different needs and requirements of different industries and types of businesses and has a keen attention to detail and writing when creating customized reference interviews for our clients, as well as managing the specific needs of individual requests. Marcus manages all requests and client satisfaction within our Professional Services Division with ease.
Senior Consultant (Bilingual)
Mary-Anne has been a Senior Consultant (Bilingual) with JUST Checking Resources Inc. since 2006. Mary-Anne brings many years of experience in a variety of fields, including insurance, editing and customer service. Fluently bilingual, she holds a baccalaureate in languages from College Marie de France.
Rebecca Fernandes joined JUST Checking Resources Inc. as a Consultant in 2016 and has quickly moved up to becoming one of our lead Senior Consultants in the Professional Service Division. Her ability to completed background screening in record time, probe for possible flags, excellent communication skills and commitment to client expectations has quickly made her an invaluable resource to the Professional Service Division and clients. Rebecca is a graduate of the Legal Administration Program at Seneca College and has an extensive legal background, as well as many years of talent acquisition in the banking industry, making her one of our most detail-oriented interviewers.
Jennifer Bonnici Elias
Starting with us in 2015, Jennifer is a Senior Consultant with JUST Checking Resources Inc., who is highly experienced in both the Background Screening and Staffing industries. Jennifer possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, an Honours Postgraduate Human Resources Diploma and has held a number of successful Senior Management positions leading teams of 10 to 20 professionals.
