Health Service Division Manager
Virginia Doan joined JUST Checking Resources Inc. as a Senior Consultant back in 2011 and has quickly and seamlessly moved into the role of Division Manager for our Health Service Division since 2016. Virginia brings over 30 years plus of recruitment within the healthcare industry. Virginia understands the unique needs of our health care clients based on her past experience as well as her tenure with JUST Checking Resources Inc. and knows exactly what is required, and what flags are important to look out for when dealing with any and all requests from our Health Care clients. She oversees all daily activities with precision and ease. Virginia is a graduate from the Administrative Studies Program at Ryerson University.
Rita Do Canto
Health Service Account Manager
With over 30 years Human Resources experience in the Health Care field, Rita is a passionate, energetic and results oriented professional. Since joining JUST Checking Resources Inc. in 2011, Rita has developed extensive experience in background screening, exit interviewing and managing & navigating large accounts with complex portfolios. Rita prides herself on providing excellent customer service to all our clients and has the ability to quickly understand their requirements and deliver results in an efficient and timely manner.
Health Service Navigator
Tammy joined JUST Checking in 2018 as a Consultant and quickly came up the ranks and is now a Health Service Division Senior Consultant and Navigator. She is an administrative professional with over a decade experience working directly with clients and in key customer service roles within the health care field. Tammy received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree, Psychology and Sociology Major from the Concordia University of Alberta, and has a post-degree Certificate in Medical Terminology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Tammy has a fine attention to detail, is passionate about helping clients make the most of their resources.
Lissa Lane is a Senior Consultant with JUST Checking Resources Inc., working for our Health Service Division, with a background in managing an outpatient clinic, statistical reporting for the Ministry of Health and organizing the operations of several Physicians’ offices. Lissa is a strong communicator, who is a Registered Professional Recruiter.
Bev is a Senior Consultant with JUST Checking Resources Inc. She has over 30 years’ business experience in the area of Health Care technology and service. Bev brings a depth of knowledge and professionalism acquired from 25 years in senior administrative positions. Her ability to complete background screening in record time, probe for possible flags, excellent communication skills and commitment to client expectations has quickly made her an invaluable resource to the Health Service Division.
Donna started at JUST Checking in 2007 and brought with her over 20 years Human Resources recruitment experience, and many of those in the Health Care field. Donna has developed extensive experience in background screening and exit interviewing, and as a result, is one of our most skilled behavioural interviewers. Donna is a graduate of George Brown College’s Business Administration, Small Business Management Program.
Linda is a Senior Consultant with JUST Checking Resources Inc. She has over 30 years’ business experience in both private industry and public service. Linda brings a depth of knowledge and professionalism acquired from 25 years in senior management positions, which also included responsibility for all aspects of recruitment and performance management.
