Katelyn De Freitas, Operations Director
Katelyn De Freitas is the Operations Director at JUST Checking Resources. Katelyn has been involved in the successful operation of JUST Checking Resources since 2008 and is committed to managing process improvements, meeting industry benchmarks and ongoing technological developments to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic clients. Katelyn studied business administration at Algonquin College and applies her past experiences in Human Resources, Customer Service and Marketing in the recruitment and building industries to her work at JUST Checking Resources Inc.
Virginia Doan, Health Service Division Manager
Virginia Doan joined JUST Checking Resources Inc. as a Senior Consultant back in 2011 and has quickly and seamlessly moved into the role of Division Manager for our Health Service Division since 2016. Virginia brings over 30 years plus of recruitment within the healthcare industry. Virginia understands the unique needs of our health care clients based on her past experience as well as her tenure with JUST Checking Resources Inc. and knows exactly what is required, and what flags are important to look out for when dealing with any and all requests from our Health Care clients. She oversees all daily activities with precision and ease. Virginia is a graduate from the Administrative Studies Program at Ryerson University.
Lori Ciccaglione, I.T. Service Division Manager
Lori is our I.T. Service Manager, and has been with JUST Checking Resources Inc. since 2012 and managing the IT Service Division since 2016. She is a graduate of the Legal Administrative Studies Program at Mohawk College and worked in the area of Family Law for several years. Through a variety of other work experiences, Lori brings with her over 30 years of customer relations experience.
Marcus Monteiro, Professional Service Division Manager
Marcus Monteiro has been the Division Manager of our Professional Service Division since early 2018. Marcus brings many years of experience in a variety of fields, including hospitality, resource management and customer service. Marcus understands the different needs and requirements of different industries and types of businesses and has a keen attention to detail and writing when creating customized reference interviews for our clients, as well as managing the specific needs of individual requests. Marcus manages all requests and client satisfaction within our Professional Services Division with ease.
